The advanced hyperdeck model Studio 12G has been designed with 12G-SDI technology, which supports Ultra HD video up to 60fps. For years broadcast professionals have been using HD with high frame rate 720p and 1080p for sports events and action programs. Thanks to the 12G-SDI, now hyperdeck Studio 12G is able to record with the same frame rate, but in Ultra HD! Now you can get the same professional broadcast productions at high frame rate with the incredible resolution of Ultra HD, via a single cable SDI BNC! 12G-SDI is multi frequency, and is therefore compatible with all your SD, HD-SDI, 3G-SDI and 6G-SDI equipment. Hyperdeck Studio 12G automatically switches between formats while recording incoming SDI, and plays back any format on the SSD! 12G-SDI is the format of the future, and is able to connect to the equipment you already own!

Uncompressed video lets you create the best special effects backdrops for match moving, compositing, and more. You’ll have a dynamic range of intense colors for color correction, and a perfect keying function without inaccuracies. You can also use standard compressed video formats from the television industry, which keep the incredible HD quality in small files. With hyperdeck Studio Pro 12G and hyperdeck Studio Pro you can achieve higher video quality, thanks to the additional support for Ultra HD when using several high-quality prores formats.
Record uncompressed video, prores and dnxhd
Studio hyperdeck models allow you to choose between different recording qualities. For example, record and play videos of incredible quality in uncompressed 10-bit 4:2:2, or choose between high-quality prores 422 HQ and dnxhd formats. Studio hyperdeck models support prores 422, prores 422 LT, and prores 422 Proxy to make longer recordings. With prores 422 Proxy you can record up to 24 hours of 1080HD video on a single 480GB SSD! The result is uninterrupted recording for two days, without having to change SSD drives!

Hyperdeck Studio records universal QuickTime 10-bit compatibility files in uncompressed and compressed formats. Depending on the format and frame rate you want, you can choose to record uncompressed QuickTime, prores, or dnxhd files. This means that you can immediately record files that are already compatible with the most popular programs, such as davinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Composer, and more!
